Dear U of A community,
Thank you to everyone who joined in yesterday's installation ceremony. My sincere appreciation, as well, to all who dedicated significant time and effort into planning the day.
As I mentioned in my remarks, the tradition of an installation marks an important transition, and it provides for an expression of our collective will and aspiration to reach even greater heights. Our role in the state and in the world is unique and it is important, and there is much we can accomplish together. I am grateful to be a part of this amazing community, and I look forward to the work ahead.
