Transformational Gift for Study Abroad
Dear students,
I am very pleased to share some exciting news in the video below. Thanks to a transformational $20 million gift from the Garcia Family Foundation, we are creating new scholarships that will open the door for more Wildcats to study abroad.
This support means that many of you, especially those who may not have thought study abroad was possible, will now have the chance to learn in new places, immerse yourselves in different cultures, and gain experiences that will shape your future while also making timely progress towards earning your degree. Our goal is to triple student participation in study abroad by 2029, which this gift makes possible.
