Public Address to State of the University Address Thank you, Fred. You have been such a great leader for our university system. The people of Arizona owe you an enormous debt, as do I personally for your support. You are someone I count as a friend, but you are far more significantly a huge friend of this University, and I thank you for all that you have done for the U of A and our state.
